日前,笔者作为河北省赴东南亚招商引资新闻团的一名成员,到了港澳及马来西亚、新加坡和泰国。在紧张地布展招商之余,对港澳及东南亚三国的社会现状和风土人情进行了一番走马观花式的考察了解。通过和当地人士的交谈、询问,耳濡目染,领略了异国他乡的是是非非,感触了不同社会制度下的方方面面,同时也得出了一个结论:不管是哪一个国家、哪一个民族,只有经济发达了,说话才有分量。邓小平同志讲的“贫穷不是社会主义”,“只有发展才是硬道理”,是千真万确的真理。
