中等职业教育是我国高中阶段教育的重要组成部分,担负着培养数以亿计高素质劳动者的重要任务,是我国经济社会发展的重要基础。发展中等职业教育,对于我国高中阶段教育发展目标的实现,加快我国新型工业化和城镇化建设的进程,解决“三农”问题以及适应全面建设小康社会对高素质劳动者的需要都具有十分重要的意义。我国中等职业教育经过多年来的发展,通过资源的整合和结构的调整,从过去较为单一的中专、技校两种模式
Secondary vocational education is an important component of China’s high school education and shoulders the important task of training hundreds of millions of highly qualified laborers.
