物管问题让沁雅花园\\"名气大了\\"

沁雅花园物管事件让人感触最深的就是,部分小区业主事不关己的态度。他们总觉得小区出了什么事,那是物管公司的事,是业委会的事,与自己无关,甚至于对举行业主大会换物管公司这样的大事也漠不关心。这不能不说是物管更换一次次搁浅,直到后来闹得沸沸扬扬的原因之一。 在物管条例早已颁布的今天,有不少纠纷应该可以迎刃而解,若当初物管合同一到期,小区业主们对小区事务多关心一点,多积极参与一点,及时参与投票,很多不愉快的事情都是可以避免的。就像当初对于是否同意绿城物管进驻的问题上,仅仅三分之一的业主参与了投票,让人不得不感慨如今我们城市居民社区亲情的缺失,主人意识的缺失。 在今年沁雅物管事件集中爆发以来,不管是有关主管部门西湖区房管局,还是沁雅社区,甚至沁雅花园的业主委员会,都做了不少工作,都在努力为解决问题而奔走。但毕竟政府相关部门只能做协调工作,主体问题还是要靠业主自己来解决。 业主在享受权利的同时,也应该尽义务,积极参与小区的管理。参加业主大会,是业主最基本的义务,业主不能只享受权利,不尽义务。 Qin Ya Garden things happened to people feel the most profound thing is that some residential property owners are not related to their own attitude.
