目的在国家流感网络实验室平台框架下,通过对濮阳市2009-2010年流感感染人群流感病毒核酸的实验室检测,了解新甲型H1N1及其它流感病毒在濮阳市感染人群中病毒型别的构成,密切关注新甲型H1N1流感病毒变异情况,及时对病毒变异等重要情况进行分析,向国家流感中心提供重要检测数据,为甲型H1N1流感防控提供科学依据。方法按照《甲型H1N1流感病毒RT-PCR检测技术标准操作规程》,使用Real-time RT-PCT和RT-PCR对病例鼻咽拭子标本进行甲型H1N1和季节性H1、H3和A、B型流感病毒核酸检测。结果 2009年5月-2010年12月共检测流感样病例标本776份,流感病毒核酸阳性386份,阳性率为49.74%。386份阳性标本中新甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性226份,占流感病例阳性标本的比例为58.55%。2009年9月12日检出首例新甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性病例,此后甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性率持续上升,2009年11月份达到高峰,为73.11%,12月份后开始下降,2010年3月份后再未检出流感病毒核酸阳性病例。对125份流感病毒核酸阳性标本进行病毒分离,总体病毒分离阳性率较低,只有18.40%。结论 2009年秋季至2010年春季是本次流感大流行的高发季节,新甲型H1N1流感病毒为这波流感大流行的优势毒株。但季节性流感病毒也同时存在。
Objective To understand the composition of virus types of influenza A (H1N1) and other influenza viruses in people infected with Puyang City through the laboratory testing of influenza virus nucleic acid from 2009 to 2010 in Puyang City under the framework of National Influenza Network Laboratory Platform Pay close attention to the variation of the new influenza A (H1N1) virus, analyze the important situations such as virus mutation in time, provide important test data to the National Influenza Center and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of the Influenza A (H1N1). Methods According to the Standard Operating Procedures of RT-PCR for Detection of Influenza A (H1N1) Virus, the specimens of nasopharyngeal swabs were tested for type A H1N1 and seasonal H1, H3 and A, B using Real-time RT-PCR and RT-PCR Influenza virus nucleic acid test. Results From May 2009 to December 2010, 776 samples of influenza-like illness were detected, and 386 were positive for influenza virus, the positive rate was 49.74%. Of the 386 positive samples, 226 were positive for the new influenza A (H1N1) virus, accounting for 58.55% of the total positive samples of the influenza. The first positive case of new influenza A (H1N1) virus was detected on September 12, 2009 and the positive rate of nucleic acid of Influenza A (H1N1) virus continued to rise after reaching a peak of 73.11% in November 2009 and then declined after December 2010 No influenza virus nucleic acid positive cases were detected after March of the year. 125 cases of influenza virus nucleic acid positive samples for virus isolation, the overall positive rate of virus isolation is low, only 18.40%. Conclusion The fall of 2009 to the spring of 2010 is the high season for this influenza pandemic. The new influenza A (H1N1) virus is the predominant strain of this influenza pandemic. But the seasonal flu virus also exists.
