随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,我国工业用电和家庭用电量逐年增加,以2012年为例我国全社会用电量达到49591亿kW·h,同比增长5.5%。各种电气设备不断增加并已应用普及到社会的各个领域,在给人们的生活生产带来极大便利的同时也留下了更多的安全隐患。为遏制电气火灾事故,有关部门高度重视,相继制定、修改了相关国家标准规范,强调了电气火灾监控报警系统在防止因接地故障而引起的电气火灾的防护作用。为此,本刊特邀请了各设计院的专家和生产企业的工程师就电气火灾监控系统设计相关焦点问题展开讨论。
With the development of the national economy and continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the electricity consumption of industrial electricity and household electricity in our country increases year by year. Taking 2012 as an example, the total electricity consumption of our country reached 4,959.1 billion kW · h, an increase of 5.5% over the same period of last year. The ever-increasing variety of electrical equipment has been applied to all areas of society, bringing great convenience to people’s life while leaving more security risks. To curb the electrical fire accident, the relevant departments attach great importance to the development and modification of the relevant national standards and regulations, emphasizing the electrical fire alarm monitoring system to prevent the electrical fire caused by the grounding fault protection. To this end, the magazine invited experts from various design institutes and engineers from manufacturing companies to discuss the issues related to the design of electrical fire monitoring system.
