(A) Preface With the development of supercharger technology of internal combustion engine, the measurement of instantaneous exhaust gas temperature has drawn increasing attention. However, unstable flow due to the temperature of the exhaust system along the exhaust pipe. There is a complex heat exchange between the airflow and the temperature sensor; although many measurements have been made, it is still difficult to obtain reliable quantitative results so far. In the instantaneous temperature measurement of exhaust gas, resistance wire temperature sensor has many advantages, therefore, people mostly adopt “monofilament”, “double wire”, “three wire” measurement method. The theoretical basis of these methods are as follows: When ignoring the resistance wire and the thermal conductivity between the support and the tube wall radiation
