文章针对目前企业连续式加热炉运行中控温热电偶引起的误差导致有效加热区温场均匀性不稳定,影响烧结质量等问题提出了改进方案,并通过具体实例给出了解决办法。
In this paper, according to the error caused by the temperature control thermocouple in the operation of the continuous heating furnace, the improvement of the uniformity of the temperature field in the effective heating zone is instable and the quality of sintering is affected. The solution is given through concrete examples.
