用双重 DNA 提取、PCR 扩增和银染色法对大连旅顺博物馆的6具成人木乃伊和1具儿童木乃伊的3个 STR 位点(TH01、vWA,和 LPL)的等位基因进行了检查。结果发现,对检材进行前处理及对提取的 DNA 溶液纯化后,可用较少量的 DNA 合成酶成功地扩增出所需要的 DNA 片段。这7具木乃伊在 TH01位点上以第7和9等位基因为主,在 vWA 位点上以第17较多,在 LPL 位点上以第10和9的出现率最高。这些分布符合我国汉族人此三个位点中各等位基因的分布情况。
The alleles of three STR loci (TH01, vWA, and LPL) in 6 adult mummies and 1 child mum in Dalian Lushun Museum were examined by double DNA extraction, PCR amplification and silver staining. As a result, it was found that after pretreatment of the sample and purification of the extracted DNA solution, the desired DNA fragment can be successfully amplified with a smaller amount of DNA synthetase. The seven mummies were predominantly alleles 7 and 9 at the TH01 locus, the 17th at the vWA locus, and the 10th and 9th highest rates at the LPL locus. These distributions are in line with the distribution of alleles in these three loci in Han Chinese.
