在素质教育理念的引领下,初中物理的课程目标发生了一些变化。素质教育要求在不降低学习要求的基础上减轻学生学习负担,强调学生科学探究能力、创新意识以及科学精神的培养。要实现这样的课程目标,就要求我们教师优化课堂教学结构,提高课堂的教学效率。做到高质量、低负担,让学生从繁重的负担中解脱出来,真正体验到学习和探索的乐趣,实现学生的全面发展。构建高效课堂的关键还在于充分激发学生的学习兴趣和未知欲,发挥学生的学习自主性,积极、主动地学习。如何优化教学结构,调动学生的学习主动性和积极性,实施高效教学,我就此谈几点体会。
