本文进行回顾性研究,目的在于确定由于肿瘤而引起的白细胞扫描的假阳性率,观察其中骨外肿瘤究竟有多少,以及摄入强度是否有助于肿瘤与脓肿的鉴别诊断。所有病例均采用自体白细胞,根据Thakur改良法用~(111)In oxine予以标记。病人接受500μCi(18.5MBq)标记细胞,注射后24小时照相。肿瘤摄入强度分级如下:轻度摄入,大于本底而小于肝脏;中度摄入,与肝脏相当;重度摄入,大于肝脏。
This article conducts a retrospective study to determine the false positive rate of leukocyte scans due to tumors, to observe the extent of extra-osseous tumors, and whether the intensity of ingestion contributes to the differential diagnosis of tumors and abscesses. Autologous leukocytes were used in all cases and were labeled with ~(111)Inoxine according to the Thakur modified method. The patient received 500 μCi (18.5 MBq) of labeled cells and photographed 24 hours after injection. The intensity of tumor ingestion was graded as follows: mild ingestion, greater than background but less than liver; moderate ingestion, comparable to liver; severe ingestion, greater than liver.
