第一章总则第一条为深化城市管理领域简政放权、放管结合、优化服务改革,加强城市管理执法队伍建设,统一规范城市管理执法制式服装(以下简称制式服装)和标志标识,推进规范文明执法,营造良好营商环境、提高城市管理水平,提升政府公信力,依据《中华人民共和国预算法》和《中共中央国务院关于深入推进城市执法体制改革改进城市管理工作的指导意见》等规定,制定本办法。
