1995年10月～1996年10月,随“大仁号”客轮航行于中国、韩国,对中外旅客的急诊病症作了调查,报告如下.1.一般资料“大仁号”客轮航行于中国大连至韩国仁川.每个航次旅客400余人.旅客年龄最大96岁,最小2个月.一年期间旅客的急诊病症统计:感冒引起高热(39℃以上)26例,牙根尖周围炎、颌骨骨膜炎17例,过敏性皮炎、荨麻疹14例,急性胃肠炎9例,急腹症6例,意外事故外伤4例,支气管哮喘4例,急性乙醇中毒4例,心绞痛2例.尿路结石、充血性心力衰竭、肺炎、糖尿病酮症酸中毒、癫病、鼻出血等各1例.
From October 1995 to October 1996, the “Da Ren” passenger liner sailed in China and South Korea to investigate the emergency medical conditions of Chinese and foreign travelers. During the one-year period, the passenger’s emergency statistics: 26 cases with fever (above 39°C), perianal periapical inflammation, jaw periosteum 17 Examples: 14 cases of allergic dermatitis and urticaria, 9 cases of acute gastroenteritis, 6 cases of acute abdomen, 4 cases of accidental trauma, 4 cases of bronchial asthma, 4 cases of acute ethanol poisoning, 2 cases of angina, urinary tract stones, and congestion Heart failure, pneumonia, diabetic ketoacidosis, epilepsy, epistaxis and other 1 case.
