随着水电站建设步伐的加快,对机电设备安装也提出更高的要求。然而现行较多水电站实际安装机电设备过程中,仍表现出一定的盲目性与随意性特点,导致机电设备投入使用后难以可靠运行,加上设备安装后调试工作的忽视,更易造成设备综合性能较差。本文结合国内某地区水电站为例,对工程项目情况的概述、机电设备安装工艺以及机电设备调试运行效果进行探析。
With the accelerating pace of construction of hydropower stations, mechanical and electrical equipment installation also put forward higher requirements. However, the actual installation of more electromechanical equipment in current hydropower stations still shows certain characteristics of blindness and arbitrariness, which makes it difficult to operate electromechanical equipment after it is put into operation. Moreover, due to neglect of commissioning after installation, it is more likely to cause the overall performance of the equipment to be more difference. In this paper, a hydropower station in an area as an example, an overview of the project situation, mechanical and electrical equipment installation process and the commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment to run the effect of exploration.
