常规的二齿轮式齿轮泵是一种径向力不平衡液压装置 ,较大的径向不平衡力 ,使得齿轮轴的轴承过早损坏 ,易造成泵提前报废 ,是制约齿轮泵寿命的主要因素。应用行星齿轮传动原理的径向力平衡式齿轮泵 ,有效地解决了二齿轮式齿轮泵的径向力不平衡问题 ,是一种值得研究和开发的新型齿轮泵。但是 ,如何确定这种新型齿轮泵中各个齿轮的齿数 ?本文综合运用机械原理及液压元件的有关知识 ,提出了齿数选择的几个条件 ,可供新型齿轮泵配齿计算时参考。
Conventional two-gear gear pump is a radial imbalance hydraulic device, a large radial unbalanced force, making the gear shaft bearing premature failure, easy to cause the pump scrapped in advance, is the main factor restricting the life of the gear pump . The radial force balance gear pump, which uses the principle of planetary gear transmission, effectively solves the problem of unbalanced radial force of two-gear gear pump and is a new gear pump worthy of research and development. However, how to determine the number of teeth of each gear in this new type of gear pump? In this paper, the combination of mechanical principles and hydraulic components of the knowledge, proposed several conditions for the selection of gear for the new gear pump tooth reference calculation.
