市委二届七次全委会作出统筹城乡发展.加快农村全面建设小康社会步伐的决定.这对城乡二元结构比较明显的九龙坡.提出了新的发展要求.带来了新的发展机遇。只有坚持科学发展观和“五个统筹”要求,适应发展新形势,抢抓发展新机遇,创新发展新举措,加快西部新城建设,才能根本解决“三农”问题,推进城乡一体化进程,才能实现全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标。
