开展小组合作学习是社会发展的需要,是教育改革的需要,也是实施新课标的需要!在这种背景下我们把小组合作学习的方法引入到小学语文的改革中来。并进行了多角度的探索,尝试,取得了较好的教学效果。但在教学实践的过程中,我们也发现了一些问题,有些问题还有待我们更进一步的去研究。“合作学习”这种学习方式从提高人才培养质量上来讲,具有很深远的意义,它理应在课堂教学中发挥积极的作用,这是广大教育工作者的一致共识,但是,在实践过程中,由于我们的教师对合作学习还缺乏一定的理性的认识,从而导致操作上流于形式,时效性不强,现在我就对当前课堂中学生合作学习的目标、如何捕捉合作时机和应该注意的问题提出一些初浅的看法。
