本文用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术,对南淝河水体的污染状况进行了一次生物学评价,并对启豆Ⅰ号作为微核监测技术实验材料的可靠性进行了研究.结果表明,南淝河水体已被污染,尤其以工业区和居民生活区污染严重;启豆Ⅰ号对诱变物反应敏感,水环境中污染物浓度与微核千分率呈线性相关,因此启豆Ⅰ号作为微核监测技术的实验材料是可靠的.
In this paper, Vicia faba root tip cell micronucleus technique was used to evaluate the biological status of Nanchong River water pollution and to study the reliability of Qixiu Ⅰ as the experimental material for micronucleus monitoring technology.The results showed that Nanxun River water body has been polluted, especially in industrial areas and residential areas polluted seriously; Qiangdou Ⅰ is sensitive to the mutagen and the concentration of pollutants in water environment is linearly related to the micronucleus rate, therefore Qidan Ⅰ Experimental materials for micronucleus monitoring technology are reliable.
