针对飞机发动机喷嘴流量检测问题.在模拟燃油进入喷嘴实际情况的基础上,设计了一种多喷嘴流量试验器,通过收集各个喷嘴燃油并测量液位的方式来计算各个喷嘴的流量;采用S7-300为系统控制核心,使用磁致伸缩液位传感器测量液位,该方法测量简单、精确;在控制燃油温度上,提出了PID与前馈控制相结合的控制算法,实现温度的准确控制;系统还配置了计算机和触摸屏,可以在控制室或实验现场进行控制和监测.
Aiming at the problem of aircraft engine nozzle flow detection, a multi-nozzle flow tester was designed on the basis of simulating the actual situation of fuel injection nozzle. The flow of each nozzle was calculated by collecting the fuel of each nozzle and measuring the liquid level. 300 is the core of the system control, the liquid level is measured by the magnetostrictive liquid level sensor. The method is simple and accurate in measurement. The control algorithm based on PID and feedforward control is proposed to control the temperature of the fuel, so that the temperature can be accurately controlled. Also equipped with a computer and touch screen, you can control and monitoring in the control room or experimental site.
