目的:优选保心滴丸的提取工艺。方法:以丹酚酸B为检测指标,采用正交试验优选丹参和山楂的乙醇回流提取工艺;以阿魏酸和二苯乙烯苷为检测指标,采用正交试验优选处方中三七等其余药材的乙醇渗漉提取工艺。结果:保心滴丸最佳提取工艺为丹参、山楂加6倍量70%乙醇提取3次,每次1 h;三七、首乌、制首乌、川芎采用渗漉提取,10倍量60%乙醇浸泡18 h,滴速10 mL·min-1·kg-1。结果:优选的保心滴丸提取工艺稳定可行,可推广于工业化生产。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Baoxin drop pills. Methods: Using salvianolic acid B as the detection index, the orthogonal test was used to optimize the ethanol extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza and hawthorn. Ferulic acid and stilbene glycoside were used as the detection indexes. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the prescription of the other herbs Ethanol percolation extraction process. Results: The best extraction process of Baoxin Dropping Pills was extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Hawthorn plus 6 times 70% ethanol, 1 h each; Panax notoginseng, Shouwu % Ethanol for 18 h, drip rate 10 mL · min-1 · kg-1. Results: The optimal extraction process of Baoxin drop pills was stable and feasible, which could be extended to industrial production.
