在检修摩托车电气系统时,常用万用电表。但万用表体积大,成本高,观察不便,又易损坏。自制一试灯代替万用表可判断导线的通、断,电源有否存电,以及电源的极性,基本能满足摩托车电路维修之需。该工具具有制作简便、成本极低、使用直观方便的优点。 材料:①6伏仪表灯泡1个;②常规多股导线1米(红、黑各0.5米);③富士(透明)胶卷盒1个;④小鳄鱼夹2个(红、黑各1个);⑤普通二极管1只;⑥透明胶带0.2米。
