目的观察一种改良式妇科碘伏棉签在术前阴道擦洗中的应用价值,为预防妇科手术感染提供了参考。方法通过临床病例观察,对妇科碘伏棉签使用方法及其用后防感染效果进行了观察。结果该医院选择88例妇科手术患者使用改良式碘伏棉签,包括开腹手术28例、腔镜手术40例和阴式手术20例,改良式妇科碘伏棉签对阴式手术后感染有明显降低作用,使用成本显著降低。结论改良式妇科碘伏棉签提高了工作效率、简化了使用方法、降低了成本,能有效预防阴式手术后感染。
Objective To observe the application value of a modified gynecological iodophor swab in preoperative vaginal scrub and provide a reference for prevention of gynecological surgery infection. Methods Observed by clinical cases, the use of gynecological iodophor swabs and the use of anti-infection effect were observed.
