本研究用问卷方式调查了北京市434名20~65岁健康妇女的膳食习惯,并测定了非优势侧前臂桡骨远端1/10处及中下1/3处骨密度。结果发现:习惯于常吃奶制品及多吃深绿色蔬菜等食物的妇女骨密度高于同年龄而不常吃这些食物的妇女。深绿色蔬菜含钙及维生素K均很高。北京市售牛奶除钙含量高以外,又强化了维生素D。因此经常摄取这类食物有利于减少骨质疏松的发生。
This study investigated the dietary habits of 434 healthy women aged 20-65 years in Beijing by questionnaire and determined the bone mineral density at 1 / 10th and 1 / 3th of the distal end of the distal radius of non-superiority forearms. The results showed that women who used to eat dairy products and eat more dark green vegetables had higher bone mineral density than women of the same age who did not eat these foods often. Dark green vegetables contain calcium and vitamin K are high. Beijing milk in addition to the high calcium content, but also strengthen the vitamin D. Therefore, regular intake of these foods will help reduce the incidence of osteoporosis.
