经济高速增长将消耗大量的能源,如何满足中国经济增长对能源的需求,提高能源的利用效率,减少能源消耗对环境的负面影响,成为了中国发展不可回避的问题。本文结合协整分析、格兰杰因果关系分析、VAR方程下的脉冲函数与自回归等数学方法,对中国能源消费结构与经济总量的关系进行分析,从中观的角度,切实把握中国经济高速增长中遇到的能源问题,给出合理的结论和应对思路:供应方面——“开源”——保障供应畅顺、供应来源多样化、加大能源勘探力度、加快新能源建设。消费方面——“节流”——利用技术和行政等手段提高能源利用效率。
The rapid economic growth will consume a large amount of energy. How to meet China’s economic growth demand for energy, improve energy efficiency, and reduce the negative impact of energy consumption on the environment have become unavoidable issues for China’s development. Based on cointegration analysis, Granger causality analysis, impulse function and autoregression under VAR equation, this paper analyzes the relationship between China’s energy consumption structure and total economy, and from the perspective of medium-sized, The energy problems encountered in the process of growth and give reasonable conclusions and countermeasures: the supply side - “open source ” - to ensure smooth supply, diversification of supply sources, increase energy exploration and speed up the construction of new energy sources. Consumption - “throttle ” - use of technology and administrative means to improve energy efficiency.
