驻马店市110家医疗机构消毒监测结果分析

目的为了解驻马店市医疗机构消毒工作的质量,探讨影响医疗机构消毒效果因素,为今后加强医疗机构消毒管理工作提供科学依据,预防医院感染事故的发生。方法对驻马店市110家医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒剂、医疗用品按《消毒技术规范》进行采样检测,按《医院消毒卫生标准》进行评价。结果共检测医疗机构样品980份,合格833份,合格率为85%。室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒剂、医疗用品五种样品的合格率依次为93.23%、80.50%、70.53%、95.00%、96.23%,五者之间差异具有显著性(χ2=78.4,P<0.01)。市级医院、区级医院、乡医院及个体诊所样品合格率依次为98.00%、88.03%、81.46%,三者之间差异具有显著性(χ2=29.93,P<0.01))。结论检测项目中医护人员手、物体表面合格率偏低,医疗机构中乡医院及个体诊所样品检测合格率较低,今后应加强对医疗机构消毒工作的监督指导,及时消除影响消毒效果的因素,提高我市医疗机构的消毒质量。 Objective To understand the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions in Zhumadian City, explore the factors that affect the disinfection effect of medical institutions, and provide a scientific basis for strengthening the disinfection management of medical institutions in the future to prevent the occurrence of hospital infection accidents. Methods The indoor air, the surface of the objects, the hands of medical staff, the disinfectants and medical supplies in 110 medical institutions in Zhumadian City were sampled and tested according to “Disinfection Technical Specifications” and evaluated according to the “Sanitary Standard for Hospital Disinfection”. Results A total of 980 samples of medical institutions were examined and qualified, 833 were passed, with a pass rate of 85%. The passing rate of indoor air, surface of object, hand of medical staff, disinfectant in use and medical supplies were 93.23%, 80.50%, 70.53%, 95.00% and 96.23% respectively = 78.4, P <0.01). The passing rates of municipal hospitals, district hospitals, township hospitals and individual clinics were 98.00%, 88.03% and 81.46%, respectively. The differences among the three groups were significant (χ2 = 29.93, P <0.01). Conclusion The qualified rate of hand and object surface of TCM nursing staff in testing project is low. The passing rate of samples in rural hospitals and individual clinics in medical institutions is low. In the future, supervision and guidance on disinfection of medical institutions should be strengthened to eliminate the factors that affect the disinfection effect in time. Improve the quality of disinfection of medical institutions in our city.
