当今我国能源消耗巨大,其中建筑能源消耗约占全国能源消耗总量的1/4,是能源消耗的一大部分,而建筑主体能耗的一半都来自于建筑外门窗的消耗。塑料窗的保温性能直接影响到建筑物的能量消耗量,提高门窗的保温性能能直接拉低建筑能耗,其原因在于建筑门窗是建筑外围结构保温性能最薄弱的部分。本文通过分析建筑外窗的能量消耗原因,门窗结构等指出了PVC塑料门窗保温性能低的原因,提出了优化窗框结构和窗玻比等提高保温性能的措施。
Today, our country has a huge energy consumption, of which the building energy consumption accounts for about 1/4 of the total energy consumption in the country and accounts for a large part of energy consumption. Half of the building’s main energy consumption comes from the consumption of outside doors and windows. The thermal insulation performance of plastic windows directly affects the energy consumption of buildings. Improving the thermal insulation performance of windows and doors can directly lower the building energy consumption. The reason is that windows and doors of buildings are the weakest part of the insulation performance of the peripheral structures of buildings. In this paper, the causes of low thermal insulation properties of PVC plastic doors and windows are pointed out by analyzing the reasons of the energy consumption of exterior windows and the structure of windows and doors. Some measures to improve the thermal insulation properties, such as window frame structure and window-glass ratio, are put forward.
