目的了解和掌握辖区内老年人群常见慢性病患病率、分布特点及危险因素。方法通过对本社区健康体检资料统计与分析,发现老年人群慢性疾病情况。结果随着年龄的增长,高血压、血脂异常、心电图异常的患病率呈上升趋势,70岁以上人群患病率最高。结论高血压、血脂异常、心电图异常等已成为本社区老年人群的主要慢性疾病,社区居民慢性病管理工作具有重要意义。 Objective To understand and grasp the prevalence, distribution characteristics and risk factors of common chronic diseases among the elderly in the area. Methods Through the statistics and analysis of the health check-ups in this community, we found out the chronic diseases in the elderly. Results With the increase of age, the prevalence of hypertension, dyslipidemia and electrocardiogram abnormality was on the rise, and the prevalence was highest among people over 70 years old. Conclusions Hypertension, dyslipidemia and ECG abnormalities have become the major chronic diseases in the elderly in this community and the management of chronic diseases in community residents is of great significance.
