随着社会的发展,教育和科技的进步,各种类型的人才大量涌现。作为既有一定的文化基础知识,又有相当的专业知识的高职生群体,在社会上找到适合自己的位置成为一个值得我们思索的问题。这个问题不仅仅是一个关系到高职生个人生存、发展的重要问题,而且是一个社会问题。本文对高职生就业困难的原因进行了详细的分析,并对高职生如何就业提出了对策与出路。既有对高职生自身素质的要求,又有对社会、学校和人才培养的要求,旨在从根本上探求解决高职生就业难的问题。
With the development of society, education and science and technology, various types of talents have emerged in large numbers. As a group of higher vocational students who have a certain basic knowledge of culture and have considerable professional knowledge, finding a suitable place for themselves in the society has become a problem that deserves our consideration. This issue is not only an important issue that concerns the survival and development of individual students in higher vocational colleges, but also a social problem. This article has carried on the detailed analysis to the reason of the employment difficulty of the higher vocational college student, and put forward the countermeasure and the outlet for the higher vocational college student how to get employed. Both the requirements of vocational qualifications of their own quality, but also to the community, schools and personnel training requirements, designed to fundamentally solve the problem of employment difficulties of higher vocational students.
