目的观察围产期心肌病产妇24h12导联动态心电图改变。方法选取33例经心脏超声诊断为围产期心肌病并行24h12导联动态监测心电图,进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例动态心电图均有异常改变,其中室性期前收缩为最多见(90.9%)、窦速(63.6%)、低电压(45.5%)。心功能越差,复合心律失常越多见。结论围产期心肌病的心律失常发生率高且多样性。 Objective To observe the change of 24 h lead dynamic electrocardiogram in perinatal cardiomyopathy. Methods Thirty-three cases of perinatal cardiomyopathy diagnosed by echocardiography were enrolled in the dynamic monitoring electrocardiogram (ECG) of 24h12 lead and retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients had abnormal ECG changes. Among them, ventricular contraction was the most common (90.9%), sinus speed (63.6%) and low voltage (45.5%). The worse the heart function, the more complex arrhythmia see. Conclusions The incidence of arrhythmia in perinatal cardiomyopathy is high and diverse.
