为解决深井大断面沿空掘巷围岩控制的难题,利用数值模拟软件FLAC3D,模拟1305沿空巷道留设4 m煤柱时3种支护方案的围岩变形情况。结果表明,实体煤帮布置8.5 m长锚索后变形量最小,并分析了实体煤帮长锚索的加固原理。现场实践表明,实体煤帮布置8.5 m长锚索后,两帮移近量比原支护方案减少了75%,保证了巷道的安全稳定,为高产高效工作面的生产提供了强有力的保障。
In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock control in roadway driving along next goaf in deep section with large section, numerical simulation software FLAC3D was used to simulate the deformation of surrounding rock of the three kinds of supporting schemes when there was a 4m coal pillar left in 1305 roadway. The results show that the amount of deformation is the smallest when the 8.5 m long anchor cable is placed on the solid coal gangue, and the reinforcing principle of the long anchor bolt for the solid coal is analyzed. The field practice shows that after the 8.5m-long anchor cable is arranged in the solid coal gangue, the displacement of the two supports is reduced by 75% compared with the original support scheme, which ensures the safety and stability of the roadway and provides a powerful guarantee for the production of high-yield and high-efficiency work surfaces .
