综述了提高天然气管输效率的内涂层法和减阻剂法的经济效益、优势、不足以及应用前景。内涂层法已在国内外长输天然气管道中成熟应用,经济效益明显,但存在一次性投资较大、施工程序复杂、施工条件苛刻,涂层寿命尚不确定等问题;减阻剂法因加注工艺简单、适用性广而备受青睐,但作为管道储备技术尚处于开发研究阶段。
The economic benefits, advantages, shortcomings and application prospects of the inner coating method and the drag reducing agent method for improving the transmission efficiency of natural gas pipelines are summarized. The inner coating method has been applied maturely in long-distance and long-distance natural gas pipelines both at home and abroad, with obvious economic benefits. However, there are many problems such as large one-time investment, complex construction procedures, harsh construction conditions and uncertain coating life. Note simple process, wide applicability and highly favored, but as a pipeline reserve technology is still in the research and development stage.
