从美国NOAA/SWPC制定的内辐射带指数出发,统计分析了内辐射带指数的演化特征及其与太阳活动、宇宙线通量的相互关系,对内辐射带长期和扰动时段的变化特征和产生原因进行了阐述.通过数据分析和论证,初步结论认为:1)银河宇宙线的通量变化是内辐射带涨落的主要原因;2)太阳高能质子可引起内辐射带的短时通量增长,但不是内辐射带的主要成因;3)内辐射带的衰减主要来自高层大气的吸收.
Based on the inner radiation index developed by the NOAA / SWPC in the United States, the evolution characteristics of the inner radiation index and its correlation with solar activity and cosmic ray flux are analyzed statistically. The variation characteristics and generation of the long and perturbation period of the inner radiation belt The main conclusions are as follows: 1) The flux of galactic cosmic ray is the main reason for the fluctuation of inner radiation band; 2) The solar high-energy proton can cause short-time flux increase of inner radiation band , But not the main cause of the internal radiation; 3) The attenuation of the internal radiation mainly comes from the absorption of the upper atmosphere.
