随机对５３例脑血管意外患者进行脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）检测，全组中幕上脑卒中４６例，幕下脑卒中７例，结果发现：ＢＡＥＰ在脑卒中的异常率为８１．１３％，且主要表现在病灶侧，部分病例可累及双侧。主要以Ⅴ波ＰＬ、Ⅲ－ⅤＩＰＬ延长，部分脑于卒中（脑桥下段）患者可累及到Ⅲ波。笔者认为ＢＡＥＰ在脑血管病的定性诊断上无参考价值。幕上脑卒中以单侧异常为主，幕下脑卒中常出现双侧异常。随着病情好转，ＢＡＥＰ亦逐渐恢复正常。
53 patients with cerebrovascular accident were detected brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP), the whole group of mid-screen stroke in 46 cases, sub-screen stroke in 7 cases found that: BAEP in stroke was 81.13% , And mainly in the lesion side, some cases can involve both sides. Mainly Ⅴ wave PL, Ⅲ-ⅤIPL prolongation, part of the brain in patients with stroke (lower pontine) can be involved in Ⅲ waves. I believe that BAEP in the qualitative diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease no reference value. Supratentorial stroke to unilateral anomalies, infratentorial stroke often appear bilateral abnormalities. As the condition improved, BAEP also gradually returned to normal.
