帕金森病是累及黑质多巴胺能神经元的一种神经变性疾病,近来雌激素在帕金森病中的作用倍受关注,多数流行病学调查和动物实验提示雌激素对帕金森病有保护作用,雌激素可通过调节多巴胺的功能、抗细胞凋亡、抗炎、抗氧化、维持细胞内钙稳态等多种机制保护多巴胺能系统,雌激素替代疗法已用于帕金森病的治疗,但致癌性等副反应限制了其临床应用,选择性雌激素受体调节剂及植物雌激素副作用小,又具有雌激素活性,为防治帕金森病展示了新的前景。 Parkinson’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease involving the substantia nigra dopaminergic neurons.
