以新建本科院校的现状和土木专业人才培养的困惑为切入点,基于提高新建院校土木专业人才培养的竞争力,结合土木专业的特点,从办学实力、专业水平、学生潜质、学生就业、人才需求等角度进行分析,认为新建本科院校土木专业应以培养多类型人才为目标,对人才培养模式进行了创新,提出“1+2+4”人才培养模式,并对“1+2+4”培养模式的内涵、实施及保障措施进行了分析。
Based on the current situation of newly-built undergraduate colleges and the confusion of civil engineering professional training, based on the competitiveness of civil engineering talents cultivation in newly-built colleges and universities and the characteristics of civil engineering specialty, this paper, from the aspects of educational strength, professional standards, student potential, Talent demand and other aspects of analysis, that the new undergraduate civil engineering specialty should be to cultivate multi-type talents as the goal, the personnel training mode has been innovation, put forward “1 +2 +4” talent training mode, and “1 + 2 + 4 ”training model of the connotation, implementation and safeguard measures were analyzed.
