针对PIVAS调配药品外送时间符合率低的现状,积极开展QC小组活动,使PIVAS调配药品外送时间符合率从87.99%提高到91.12%,提高了临床科室对PIVAS的满意度,提升了医疗质量。
In view of the low compliance rate of delivery of PIVAS delivery medicines, the Group conducted active QC group activities to increase the coincidence rate of delivery time of PIVAS delivery medicines from 87.99% to 91.12%, improved the satisfaction of clinical departments with PIVAS and improved the quality of medical services .
