对添加不同融雪防冰材料的3种沥青混合料的路用性能和防冰效果进行了试验研究。采用常规的试验方法对比评价了3种融雪防冰材料对普通沥青混合料路用性能的影响,采用自主研发的防冰冻试验和拉拔试验对比评价了3种融雪防冰材料的防冰效果。试验结果表明,A类融雪防冰材料降低了沥青混合料的高温稳定性能和低温抗裂性能,提高了沥青混合料的水稳定性能;B类融雪防冰材料提高了沥青混合料的高温稳定性能,降低了沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能和水稳定性能;C类融雪防冰材料对沥青混合料的常规路用性能影响较小。添加A类和C类融雪防冰材料可较大幅度提高沥青混合料融雪化冰的温度范围,B类融雪防冰材料提高沥青混合料融雪防冰的温度范围较小。自主研发的拉拔试验可准确测定添加不同融雪防冰材料的沥青混合料与冰的黏结效果。实际应用效果表明,A类和C类防冰沥青混凝土路面具有良好的防冰效果。
The road performance and anti-icing effect of three kinds of asphalt mixture with different snowmelt anti-icing materials were tested. The influence of three kinds of snowmelting ice-proof materials on road performance of ordinary asphalt mixture was evaluated by conventional test methods. The anti-icing effect of three kinds of snowmelting ice-proof materials was compared with the self-developed anti-ice test and pull-out test. The results show that the type A snowmelt anti-icing material reduces the high temperature stability and low temperature anti-cracking performance of the asphalt mixture and improves the water stability of the asphalt mixture. The type B snowmelting anti-icing material improves the high temperature stability of the asphalt mixture , Reducing the low temperature cracking resistance and water stability of asphalt mixture; C type ice snow anti-icing material has little influence on the conventional road performance of asphalt mixture. Adding Class A and C snowmelt anti-icing materials can greatly increase the temperature range of bituminous ice-melting ice, and Class-B snowmelting ice-proofing materials can increase the temperature range of bituminous mixture snowmelting ice-proofing. Independent research and development of the pull test can accurately determine the addition of different snow melt ice material asphalt mixture and the bonding effect. The practical application shows that Class A and Class C anti-icing asphalt pavements have good anti-icing effect.
