基于数据包络模型(DEA)平台,运用Malmquist指数法,对2000—2010年重庆市11个主要制造业的全要素生产率、技术效率、技术进步等指数进行计算,结果表明:技术进步是各产业制造业全要素增长率增长提升的根本推动力,而医药、化学化工等若干制造业的技术效率阻碍了各行业生产效率的提高.目前,重庆制造业还普遍存在投资结构失衡、投资规模增长过快、企业规模偏小、竞争过于激烈等问题,这些问题影响了重庆制造业技术及生产水平的提高,为促进重庆经济可持续发展,应加强注意产业整合和产业集聚,在控制投资过快增长的同时加大科研经费的投入,以生产效率的提高带动重庆制造业乃至整个社会经济的发展.
