近几年临沂市从国内外引进了一批西瓜新品种,经试验示范和品质评定,下列西瓜品种表现突出,具有较大推广价值。一、抗病苏蜜江苏省农业科学院蔬菜研究所育成的早熟品种。高抗枯萎病,兼抗炭疽病,可重茬栽培。植株长势稳健,不早衰,易坐果。雌花出现早,开花后30天左右成熟。果实椭圆形,墨绿色,皮薄而韧。瓤红质细,风味佳,中心含糖量(中糖)12%,边糖8%～9%,品质极好。单瓜重4～5kg,最大可达10kg以上,666.7m~2(亩)产3000kg以上。
