目的:建立菝葜中茋类成分含量测定的RP-HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax SB C18柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.04%磷酸水溶液系统梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为320 nm,进样体积为10μL,柱温为30℃。结果:本方法可以准确测定菝葜中5个茋类成分:虎杖苷(polyda-tin),云杉鞣酚(piceatannol),氧化白藜芦醇(oxyresveratrol),白藜芦醇(resveratrol),三棱素A(scirpusin A)的含量。结论:本方法简便、准确、专属性强,可以实现对菝葜药材以及相关制剂质量全面、准确的控制和评价。
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of anthraquinones in Chinese wolfberry. Methods: The chromatographic column was a Zorbax SB C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was a gradient system of acetonitrile-0.04% phosphoric acid aqueous solution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 320 nm. It is 10 μL and the column temperature is 30°C. Results: The method can accurately determine the contents of five anthraquinones in sorghum: polyda-tin, piceatannol, oxyresveratrol, resveratrol, three The content of scirpusin A. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and specific. It can realize the comprehensive and accurate control and evaluation of the quality of wolfberry medicinal materials and related preparations.
