目的建立无梗五加根挥发油指纹图谱的测定方法。方法采用GC法进行色谱分离,用相似度评价软件处理数据。采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),程序升温,流速1.5 m L·min-1,FID为检测器,进样量1μL。结果 GC特征图谱以反式-橙花叔醇为参照物,确定了29个特征峰,建立了19批药材的共有图谱。结论所用方法简便、准确、可靠,可为不同产地无梗五加根的鉴别、质量评价及质量标准的制定提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of the essential oil fingerprint of Radix Isatidis. Methods The GC method was used for chromatographic separation and the similarity evaluation software was used to process the data. Using HP-5 capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm), the temperature was programmed and the flow rate was 1.5 m L · min-1. FID was used as the detector and the injection volume was 1 μL. Results The GC characteristic map of trans-nerolidol as a reference, identified 29 characteristic peaks, the establishment of a common map of 19 batches of herbs. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can provide the basis for the identification, quality evaluation and quality standard of the stems, roots and stems in different habitats.
