手动横板安全闸本安全闸可用于160吨及260吨摩擦压砖机上。操作方法:当冲头向下滑动时,应先将手柄3向右移动(因手柄3与活动插板2连接),并将其打靠。当冲头上升到出砖高度时,将手柄3向左侧移动即可。手动横板闸,构造简单,易操作,适用于压制注管砖、流钢砖等制品的压砖机上。但由于其活动插板强度弱,动作不灵便,不适用于压制衬砖、标普型砖的压砖机上。如图1。
Manual horizontal safety gate The safety gate can be used on 160 tons and 260 tons friction brick press. Operation method: When the punch slides downward, handle 3 should be moved to the right (because the handle 3 is connected with the movable plate 2), and it is pressed against. When the punch rises to the height of the brick, move the handle 3 to the left. Manual horizontal gate, simple structure, easy to operate, suitable for pressing injection pipe brick, steel brick and other products on the pressure brick machine.
