教育个性化已成为现代教育思想的一种新境界,教育个性化的根本途径是教学个性化,教学个性化的关键是教师施教的个性化。中学语文新课标充分强调教师在教学中的主体性,努力形成自己的教学个性。教师个性化施教,是教师的个性特征在课堂教学中的全面反映,是教师在教学艺术上成熟的标志。教师个性化施教的形成可采取如下策略:探索与建构独特的理念;颠覆与重建教材;创设与灵活教法;反思与历练教学。
Education individuation has become a new realm of modern educational thought. The fundamental approach to education individuation is teaching individuation. The key to teaching individuation is the individualization of teacher education. The new curriculum standard for middle school Chinese language teachers fully emphasizes the subjectivity of teachers and tries to form their own teaching personality. The individualized teaching of teachers is a comprehensive reflection of the teacher’s personality characteristics in the classroom teaching, and is a sign that teachers are mature in the teaching art. The formation of teachers’ individualized instruction can take the following strategies: exploring and constructing unique ideas; subverting and reconstructing teaching materials; creating and flexible teaching methods; reflection and experience teaching.
