弓形体病是由弓形体原虫引起的一种人畜共患传染病,可通过多种途径感染人群。为了解乌鲁木齐市不同民族的中学生弓形体血清流行病学情况,采用间接血凝(IHA)试验检测弓形虫抗体。试验所用的冻干致敏红血球、阳性及阴性参照血清均由中国农业科学院兰州兽医研究所提供。抗体阳性判断标准,滴度>1∶64为阳性,≥1∶1024为近期感染。结果,本次共检查中学生1309人,其中汉族、维吾尔族、
Toxoplasmosis is a zoonotic disease caused by Toxoplasma gondii and can infect humans through multiple pathways. Toxoplasma gondii antibody was detected by indirect hemagglutination test (IHA) in order to understand the epidemiology of Toxoplasma gondii in high school students from different ethnic groups in Urumqi. Lyophilized erythrocytes used in the experiment, positive and negative reference serum by Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
