目的观察整合素β1(CD29)在慢性心肌炎小鼠心肌的表达,探讨其在慢性心肌炎中的作用。方法猪心肌肌凝蛋白致Balb/c小鼠自身免疫性心肌炎模型,观察并记录免疫小鼠发病情况,同时用免疫组化SP法检测CD29在心肌的表达变化。结果实验早期(初次免疫后14、30 d),小鼠心肌淋巴细胞浸润较明显,CD29在心肌的表达高于正常组(P<0.05);实验后期(60、120 d),小鼠心肌炎症细胞减少,而心脏重量与体重的比值增加显著,纤维化出现,CD29在心肌的表达最强(P<0.05)。结论在小鼠慢性心肌炎的发展过程中,CD29参与了炎症反应及心肌的纤维化,从而促进了心肌炎向心肌病的转化。
Objective To investigate the expression of integrin β1 (CD29) in myocardium of chronic myocarditis mice and its role in chronic myocarditis. Methods The model of Balb / c mouse autoimmune myocarditis was induced by porcine myocardium myosin, and the incidence of the immunized mice was observed and recorded. Meanwhile, the expression of CD29 in myocardium was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results At the early stage of experiment (the first immunization was 14 and 30 d), the infiltration of myocardial lymphocytes in mice was more obvious and the expression of CD29 in the myocardium was higher than that in the normal group (P <0.05) Cells decreased, and the ratio of heart weight to body weight increased significantly. Fibrosis appeared, and expression of CD29 was the strongest in myocardium (P <0.05). Conclusion CD29 is involved in the inflammatory reaction and myocardial fibrosis during the development of chronic myocarditis in mice, which promotes the conversion of myocarditis to cardiomyopathy.
