空调在现代生活中应用日益广泛。为分析研究空调温度控制器电路的特点,利用LM324运算放大器构成双限比较器、CD4011组成RS触发器、两个47kΩ微调电位器及分压器、负温度系数热敏电阻、电磁式继电器等设计电路,反复调试参数并分析工作原理,再结合Multisim 12.0软件对其仿真测试。结果表明直流12V供电时,电路运行正常,运行指示灯LED1(绿色)和停机指示灯LED2(红色)的点亮、熄灭与负载的运行状态的逻辑关系正确。该电路具有易于实现、节能等特点。
Air conditioning is increasingly used in modern life. In order to analyze and research the characteristic of the air conditioning temperature controller circuit, the LM324 operational amplifier is used to form a double-ended comparator. The CD4011 is composed of an RS flip-flop, two 47kΩ trimming potentiometers and potentiometers, a negative temperature coefficient thermistor and an electromagnetic relay Circuit, repeatedly debug parameters and analyze the working principle, combined with Multisim 12.0 software simulation test. The result shows that when the DC 12V power supply is used, the circuit runs normally. The operation LED 1 (green) and the stop LED LED 2 (red) turn on and off logically and the operation state of the load is logically correct. The circuit is easy to implement, energy-saving features.
