肾间质纤维化是各种病因所致的慢性肾脏病的共同病理过程,最终导致肾衰竭,从而使慢性肾脏病患者进入维持性肾替代治疗阶段。而活性氧在这一病理过程中发挥重要的作用,不仅可直接氧化各种大分子物质,而且还可作为信号分子在多个水平引起细胞内多种信号通路的异常。因此,抗氧化应激可能有助于延缓肾间质纤维化进展。
Renal interstitial fibrosis is a common pathological process of chronic kidney disease caused by various causes, eventually leading to renal failure, so that patients with chronic kidney disease into the maintenance of renal replacement therapy stage. Reactive oxygen species play an important role in this pathological process, not only direct oxidation of various macromolecules, but also as a signal molecule in multiple levels caused by a variety of intracellular signaling abnormalities. Therefore, anti-oxidative stress may help delay the progression of renal interstitial fibrosis.
