传统的涎管X线造影,对于涎腺的细小结构(腺小叶实质和分支导管)显影不清晰,因此采用经电子计算机处理放大的涎管X线造影。用75%Urotrast作造影剂,注射造影剂专用钝针头有一橄榄状膨大处,当针头插入导管达足够深度时,膨大处即阻塞住导管口,使加压注射造影剂时不外溢,能保证很好地充盈全导管系统。须预先把患者头部的位置和角度摆好并确实固定。X线球管电压45~47kV,电流70mA,曝光时间:颌下腺6~8s,腮腺16s。焦点至腺体距离:颌下腺为6~7cm,腮腺为12~15cm。腺体至胶片距离:颌下腺25cm,腮腺30cm。
Conventional salivary tube X-ray angiography, for the salivary gland small structures (glandular leaflet parenchyma and branch duct) development is not clear, so the use of computerized amplification of salivary X-ray angiography. With 75% Urotrast as a contrast medium, the contrast-dedicated blunt needle has an olive-shaped enlargement. When the needle is inserted into the catheter to a sufficient depth, the enlarged portion occludes the catheter port, allowing pressurized injection of contrast agent without spillage, Well filled all-catheter system. The position and angle of the patient’s head must be prefixed and securely fixed. X-ray tube voltage 45 ~ 47kV, current 70mA, exposure time: submandibular gland 6 ~ 8s, parotid gland 16s. Focus to the gland distance: submandibular gland 6 ~ 7cm, parotid gland is 12 ~ 15cm. Gland to film distance: submandibular gland 25cm, parotid gland 30cm.
