获得长期稳定、 价格合理的海外原料 供应是我国铜冶炼企 业首要解决的问题。 因此,我国铜冶炼工 业的发展,要从单纯 的规模扩张转变到以 控制资源为主的发展 轨道上来。除了在海 外资源丰富的地区勘 探和采矿外,目前比 较可行的方式是从海 外中小型铜矿山项目 开发起步,通过直接 收购、融资、参股等方 式取得铜精矿包销, 或者通过参与风险探 矿在项目开发前期优 先获得项目权益,并 通过投融资方式取得 铜精矿产品的包销权。
Obtaining long-term, stable supply of overseas raw materials is the primary problem to be solved by China’s copper smelting enterprises. Therefore, the development of China’s copper smelting industry should shift from a mere scale expansion to a development path dominated by controlling resources. In addition to exploration and mining in overseas resource-rich areas, the most feasible way at present is to start from the development of overseas small and medium-sized copper mines and obtain the copper concentrate by way of direct acquisition, financing and equity participation, or through participation in the risk exploration In the early stage of project development, the project interests are preferentially acquired and the right to underwrite the copper concentrate products is obtained through investment and financing.
