随着我国新型农村城市化的建设,耕地面积逐年减少,活人和死人争地势在必行。要想搞好平坟复耕,殡葬改革要分步骤进行。我区的殡葬改革实施四年来,为什么火化后还要偷着二次入棺土葬?平坟工作开展几个月来,为什么又出现新的坟头?为什么对粗暴的平坟工作群众怨声载道?这里我对平坟工作提出几点建议:一、做好群众的思想工作,结合本地民俗做到既破除迷信又符合民意。二、结合本地区风俗,选择适合民俗的地片,以行政村为单位建成高标准的陵园公墓,目前陵园每1000口人一亩地太小。
