一、链壶霉菌病 1.病状特征:患病的对虾幼体 外观呈棉毛状,活动能力下降, 散游于虾池的中下水层。趋光能 力减弱,虾体欠透明,严重时沉 于底部。摄食减退,以至停食。 在显微镜下检查,可见头胸部、 腹部、附肢和眼睛有弯曲分枝的 菌丝体。通过被感染的育苗池观 察,幼体虾在24-48小时内便有大 量死亡。链壶霉菌在富含有机物 的污水中最容易发生。一般流行 于每年3-6月份,发病的虾池水温 在27-32℃,pH7.6-8.3。
